The village square of Saint Cyr sur Mer is home to a statue of liberty created by Bartoli himself.
The Statue of Liberty was inaugurated in 1913 to commemorate the completion of the town's water supply works and was donated by Anatole Ducros, a wealthy landowner from Saint-Cyr.
